We are currently seeking a motivated professional for the Finnish Speaking Customer Service Agent for Recruitment Services position in Spain. Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates and clients, ensuring a premium service experience within the recruitment & staffing industry.
- Manage high-volume inquiries regarding job opportunities and employment verification in fluent Finnish.
- Coordinate the onboarding journey for new hires, providing detailed guidance on recruitment processes and administrative requirements.
- Maintain accurate database records and documentation in accordance with strict international staffing compliance standards.
- Provide proactive support to consultants by screening and vetting potential talent for diverse industry roles.
- Collaborate with internal departments to optimize recruitment service delivery and resolve complex operational queries.
- Uphold the professional reputation of Mercier Consultancy Group by maintaining excellence in every candidate interaction.

Requirements

- Native or fluent Finnish (spoken and written) proficiency is strictly required for this role.
- Valid EU passport or citizenship status (mandatory).
- Previous experience in customer service, HR,



or the recruitment & staffing industry is highly preferred.
- Strong command of English for professional communication within our international office environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Residency within Spain or a commitment to relocate to pursue one of the most exciting Finnish-speaking jobs available today.
