Responsibilities

Experienced rigger required for immediate start, working alongside in-house sailmakers and composite engineers at One Palma Superyacht Service. You will be working in a dynamic, data-driven, research and development-led team, based out of our new facility in Palma de Mallorca. Responsibilities:

Pressing wires shrouds.

Measuring rigs for shroud replacement.

Stepping and unstepping masts.

Mast maintenance.

Tuning rigs.

Service jobs.

Specializing in Standing rigging projects on yachts up to 100 ft.

A team player.

Outstanding organizational skills.

A minimum of 5 years hands-on experience at standing and running rigging refit projects. We offer:
