About the Role Act as a strategic financial partner to regional business leaders, providing insightful analysis, financial planning, and decision support to drive profitable growth and operational efficiency. The role translates financial data into actionable business insights, ensures alignment between financial performance and strategic objectives, and supports effective resource allocation across the region. Responsibilities Act as key partner of the Regional Director for Business units in achieving the Company’s Mid Term Plan target, strategy and policy. Manage key operations teams at head office, including the Finance Team, Credit Team, Accounting & Controls, and general services. Identify financial risks, cost and profit opportunities;
collaborate with non‑financial directors to develop and implement business projects. Prepare and evaluate business cases and monitor results. Contribute significantly to the South West Region Leadership Team. Coordinate, produce and report Actual, Budget and Mid Term Plan financial results to the Managing Director, Executive Team and European Head Office. Perform variance analysis, provide explanations and make recommendations for Top Management decisions. Monitor OPEX;
work with functions to manage spending in line with company performance. Manage working capital – receivables, inventory, payables and company asset control. Ensure credit risk exposure is balanced and under control;
conduct credit reviews and enforce payment plans. Supervise accounting activities in compliance with legal, tax and group requirements;
establish internal control procedures.



Support internal‑external audit and SOX activities;
remediate audit findings and ensure regulatory compliance. Implement effective administrative organization, automate processes, and optimize resource use in line with company strategy. Lead people management, including talent development, coaching, teambuilding and motivation. Requirements Education: University Degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting. Recognized Qualification: ACCA, CIMA or equivalent. Language Skills: Spanish (native) and Fluent English;
Portuguese considered aplus. 8/10 years as Finance and Administration Manager or Director in a commercial/sales and international/matrix manufacturing environment;
team management experience in a matrix organization. Soft Skills: Strong positive leadership, entrepreneurship, communication, strategic thinking, practicality, customer focus, commercial sensitivity, analytical rigor. Technical Skills: Advanced IT proficiency, deep knowledge of ERP systems, reporting tools, and Office (Excel, Access, Power Point).
