Your responsibilities: Processing incoming orders, quote requests, and customer inquiries
Monitoring product availability, clarifying and tracking delivery dates




Preparing transport documents and accompanying papers for special transport from Schaan/FL
Creating invoices and credit notes
Preparing and coordinating the shipment of trade fair and course materials
Updating delivery conditions
Clarifying shipping methods
Acting as a contact person for sales partners, end customers, regional sales managers, and subsidiaries in operational matters
Actively supporting the field service
Working closely with logistics, warehouse, and planning departments
Providing operational support to internal departments such as product management, key
