About The EDO Transport Team
Our vision is to build the best multi‑modal, door‑to‑door ground transport experience. Our current primary transport offerings are flights and a growing portfolio of train providers. As a Product Manager in this critical area, you will be instrumental in executing our strategy to connect and manage complex travel experiences.
What you will do
The role’s responsibilities are structured around three strategic pillars:
Content Execution
- Work closely with Engineering and Business Development teams to integrate and launch new transport providers (train, bus, etc.) to expand our inventory and relevance.
- Manage the product backlog and prioritise self‑service imperatives.
- Execute initiatives designed to optimise pricing, deals, and product features for Prime members within the booking flow.
- Analyse A/B test results and performance data to identify specific conversion and revenue opportunities.
- Assist in defining MVPs for unique offerings that generate value for business and customers.
Customer Experience Delivery
- Focus on optimising specific user‑journey segments (search, results filtering, post‑booking management) to reduce friction and improve satisfaction.
- Gather and analyse qualitative and quantitative user feedback to identify pain points and propose improvements.
- Ensure consistent, high‑quality, connected trip experience across multiple devices and touchpoints.
Roadmap Execution and Prioritisation
- Translate high‑level strategic goals into clear, well‑defined user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain a prioritized product backlog, balancing customer, business, and technical needs.
- Define, monitor, and report on key product performance indicators (KPIs).
- Act as primary interface between stakeholders, UX/Design, and engineering to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.
What you need to succeed
- 3-5 years of product‑management experience, preferably in high‑volume e‑commerce or travel/transport.
- Proven analytical skills: ability to define metrics, use data for decisions, and track results.
- Technical acumen to communicate with engineering on APIs, data structures, and system limits.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with focus on execution and continuous improvement.
Benefits
- Competitive salary and benefits package including Prime Plus membership, performance‑based bonuses, birthday off day, discounts, partnerships, relocation support, and device ownership options.
- Continuous learning: free access to Coursera, soft‑skills workshops, technical training, leadership development, and onboarding program.
- Growth opportunities: personalised career paths and internal mobility.
- Hybrid work model focused on outcome, no time‑in‑seat requirement; freedom to balance work and personal life.
- Inclusive culture: events, sports, music communities; casual dress code; free fruit, coffee, tea.
- Agile work environment, recognition culture, and emphasis on innovation.
