Responsibilities
- Provide legal and strategic advice on Compliance matters, with a particular focus on data protection, whistleblowing, anti-corruption, and ESG topics, as well as support on related regulatory areas.
- Conduct compliance and data protection risk assessments, ensuring that projects and business processes comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Manage internal investigations and whistleblowing cases, coordinating remediation and corrective actions with relevant stakeholders across the organization.
- Advise on anti-corruption risks, third-party due diligence processes, and the design and implementation of related compliance controls.
- Provide legal analysis and support to business units on ESG-related matters and other regulatory compliance obligations.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of the Group Compliance Management System, including policies, controls, reporting, training, and awareness initiatives to strengthen the organization's compliance culture.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Law or a comparable qualification
- 5 or more years of professional experience in compliance or regulatory roles, ideally in an international industrial environment
- Solid knowledge of key compliance areas such as data protection, whistleblowing, anti-corruption and ESG; other listed topics is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex legal topics to non-legal stakeholders
- Fluency in Spanish and English (at least B2); German and other additional languages are an advantage
- High integrity, discretion and a structured, solution-oriented and autonomous working style combined with strong team-oriented and collaboration skills in international teams
