Dynamics 365 F&O; Functional Consultant – Aftersales

An international industrial technology company is looking for a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant – Aftersales to join its growing Digital & Technology team. This role will play a key part in the implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations , supporting aftersales business processes and the integration of a Field Service Management solution.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in an international environment, collaborating with multiple business units and contributing to large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations and enhancement projects across multiple business units.
- Support the integration of a Field Service Management solution with D365 F&O.;
- Act as the functional expert for Dynamics 365 F&O; modules related to aftersales.
- Analyse business processes, identify improvement opportunities and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
- Configure and optimize the system while ensuring business continuity and operational efficiency.
- Deliver user training, documentation and change management activities to maximize adoption.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), go-live activities and post-implementation improvements.
- Ensure system capabilities support operational KPIs and business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Stay up to date with the Microsoft Dynamics roadmap and emerging technologies, including AI-driven capabilities.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations .




- At least 2 end-to-end D365 F&O; implementation projects .
- Experience as a Functional Consultant within B2B environments.
- Strong knowledge of several D365 F&O; modules, including:
- Accounts Receivable
- Warehouse Management
- Asset Management
- Product Information Management
- Organization Administration
- Work Order Management
- Contract Management
- Retail & Commerce
- Experience with ERP implementation lifecycles and change management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong documentation, governance and analytical skills.
- Proactive, quality-focused and solution-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

- Experience in automotive, manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Knowledge of aftersales processes, warranties, contracts and work order management.
- Experience with Field Service Management platforms.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira or Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe).
- Exposure to digital B2B platforms, customer portals or e-commerce solutions.
- Interest in AI and digital innovation.
