Customer Service Coordinator, WITS

Responsibilities

- Coordinate and prioritize field interventions in the Regional EMEA team.
- Manage and track the logistics around these interventions.
- Ensure the interface between clients, Installation, and After‑Sales Automation and Clinical IT teams of Beckman Coulter EMEA.
- Coordinate the scheduling of service technicians for complex installations of Automation and Clinical IT solutions.
- Manage logistics and ensure quick and efficient service delivery to our clients.

Qualifications

- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or customer service, preferably in the medical diagnostics or healthcare industry.
- Fluent in English and at least one of the big EMEA languages (Spanish, Italian, German, or French); additional EMEA languages are advantageous.




- Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and geographies.
- Proficiency in the use of dispatch software and tools (e.g., Service Max, Oracle).
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team, in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in other languages would be an asset.
