Pikes Peak Post Acute is seeking a dedicated LPN/LVN to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise day-to-day nursing activities in our long‑term care facility. You will ensure adherence to federal, state, and local guidelines and partner with the Director of Nursing Services to maintain high-quality care.
You will direct nursing staff, manage charting and documentation, administer medications as ordered, and participate in quality improvement programs.
