WHAT YOU WILL DO
At our Barcelona site, you will join the Regulatory Affairs team and contribute to the successful management of our Agricultural Solutions portfolio by:
- Requesting and following up on certificates through the RegHub system, including composition certificates, supply letters, Letters of Access (LoA), and fee requests.
- Uploading documents and maintaining accurate information in RegHub and other regulatory databases.
- Coordinating label-related activities with Supply Chain, Artwork, and Product Safety teams, including tracking new Unique Formula Identifiers (UFIs).
- Preparing and uploading regulatory dossiers, including requesting composition certificates, supply letters, Letters of Access (LoA), and fee requests through RegHub, in support of F500 submissions.
- Preparing and submitting administrative petitions to Spanish regulatory authorities.
- Supporting the preparation and follow-up of registration dossiers for plant protection products, biocides, biostimulants, and fertilizers under the guidance of senior team members.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Supply Chain, to support regulatory processes.
- Providing administrative support for third-party agreements.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Natural Sciences, or a comparable scientific background
- Basic knowledge of Regulatory Affairs; previous experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Proficiency in Spanish and English, enabling effective work in an international environment
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented and scientifically minded, with a structured and accuracy-focused approach
