Sales Development Consultant (German Speaking) – Mallorca or Costa del Sol

In this role, you'll work with German-speaking buyers and investors looking for their next investment. You'll represent prestigious branded residences, manage high-value opportunities, and play a direct role in turning interest into successful property purchases.

Overview

Join our property sales team in Mallorca or Costa del Sol and help German-speaking clients find their adecuado home or investment property. You will build client relationships, arrange viewings, and support the sales process from enquiry to purchase. This role offers the opportunity to work directly for a leading developer, selling high-end branded residences to both direct clients and agency-introduced buyers.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with German-speaking buyers and investors.
- Qualify and follow up on sales leads.
- Arrange property viewings and consultations.
- Manage relationships with both direct clients and agency partners.
- Represent branded residential developments and guide clients through the sales journey.




- Support the sales team in achieving sales targets.

Requirements

- Fluent German and English; Spanish is a plus.
- Previous sales and real estate experience preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Available to travel
- Must be currently based and legally able to work in Mallorca or Costa del Sol.
