As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Recruiter with Dutch to join our international team in Madrid.

Your Mission

As a Recruiter, you will manage recruitment processes for our international clients across the Benelux market. You will identify, assess and engage top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience and acting as a trusted recruitment partner for our clients.

Your Responsibilities

- Source and identify candidates using LinkedIn, job boards and other recruitment channels.
- Screen applications and conduct interviews by phone and video.
- Manage recruitment processes from sourcing to candidate presentation.
- Build long-term relationships with candidates and develop talent pipelines.
- Work closely with our Business Development team to understand clients' hiring needs.
- Provide market insights and recruitment advice throughout the hiring process.
- Keep our ATS up to date and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes and employer brand.





Your Profile

- Native or bilingual Dutch is mandatory.
- Fluent English is required.
- Spanish is a plus.
- Previous experience in recruitment is highly valued.
- Alternatively, experience in Retail, Luxury or Fashion combined with a strong interest in recruitment will also be considered.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, organized and results-driven.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Passionate about people and talent acquisition.
