At Align Technology, the

Senior Manager, Marketing Communications

plays a critical role in shaping and executing how the brand connects with dental professionals, patients, and internal stakeholders across EMEA.

This role is responsible for driving

strategic, consistent, and high-impact communications across all channels , ensuring alignment with business priorities and delivering a seamless omnichannel experience.

Role expectations

Ensure brand consistency

across all touchpoints — digital, social media, email, print, and events.

Develop and execute strategic communication plans

aligned with regional business objectives and integral marketing priorities.

Own and manage the communications calendar , ensuring clear prioritization, proper sequencing of initiatives, and alignment across campaigns, stakeholders, and markets.

Drive omnichannel campaign execution ,



ensuring cohesive and customer‑centric messaging across all channels to enhance engagement and loyalty.

Manage end-to-end communication projects , coordinating internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring high‑quality delivery across channels such as email, social media, and digital platforms.

Own the implementation and governance of communication processes , working closely with regional teams, global functions, and local markets to ensure consistency, scalability, and operational excellence.
