ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to help transform how couples discover, evaluate, and connect with wedding professionals, and how wedding professionals find high-intent couples who are a strong fit for their businesses.

The Knot Worldwide operates a large, two-sided wedding marketplace.



Our challenge is not simply to help couples browse a directory; it is to create increasingly relevant, personalized matches across a highly fragmented market, while balancing couple outcomes, vendor value, marketplace liquidity, and long-term business growth.

In this role, you will own a meaningful product area within The Knot’s wedding vendor marketplace, with a likely focus on recommendations, matching, and personalization. You will identify opportunities, establish product direction, and lead work from problem definition through launch, measurement, and iteration.

You will work closely with design, engineering, data science, research, product marketing, and teams serving both sides of the marketplace. This role is a strong fit for someone who understands marketplace dynamics, is comfortable working with data and algorithmically powered experiences, and can turn ambiguous customer and business problems into a clear product strategy and measurable outcomes.
