HUGO BOSS is seeking a Sales Associate to join in one of our store team located in La Roca Outlet (Barcelona).n bIn the role as a Sales Associate, you are passionate about our products & brand to provide Customer Service and Excellence at all times whilst building a loyal customer to drive commercial success.
- 40 hours per week.
- Advanced English level is required.




- Previous Experiences as a Sales Associate ( is a plus.)
- Experience in Outlet.
- KPIS and previous experience.
- Inmediate incorporation.
Long-term cover position with the possibility of a permanent contract.

What you can expect:

People
- Participate in regular trainings to continuously develop
- Follow all induction related processes (e.g. Induction Workbook)

Product
- Follow all provided Collection Training & VM Guidelines
- Support to maintain the shop floor, assist with visual merchandising, stock management & replenishment
- Support in all merchandise related processes (e.g. deliveries & returns)
- Support in all stock take & cycle counts related processes

Performance
- Be familiar with all company store & individual KPI’s & targets
- Follow all provided action plans to improve productivity
- Supporting in all operations for loss prevention & stock management
- Build & maintain
