- Manage inventory control and inventory/financial reconciliation under Procurement, Consignment, and OEM direct material models, ensuring alignment between system records, physical inventory, and financial data.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, suppliers, and contract manufacturers to execute inventory settlements, SAP transactions, and reconciliation activities with accuracy and compliance.
- Perform regular inventory reconciliation with suppliers and contract manufacturers, analyze discrepancies, and drive issue resolution through cross‑functional collaboration.
- Execute SAP/WMS inventory transactions, including Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, stock transfers, returns, scrapping, and inventory adjustments, ensuring timely and accurate system updates.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and material movements, support cycle counts and annual physical inventory,



and identify opportunities to improve inventory performance.
- Coordinate receiving, warehousing, and project material tracking, ensuring accurate receipt processing, Proof of Delivery, and complete supporting documentation.
- Maintain inventory and settlement documentation to ensure traceability, audit readiness, and compliance with company policies.
- Support system enhancements, new supply models, and warehouse go-live activities related to inventory and reconciliation processes.
- Drive continuous improvement of inventory management, reconciliation workflows, reporting accuracy, and operational control.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies, improve data quality, and support decision‑making through accurate inventory insights.
- Support additional inventory, logistics, reconciliation, or supply chain projects assigned by the department.

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in parts logistics, inventory management, or inventory reconciliation within the automotive industry.
- Experience working at an automotive OEM or automobile parts provider is highly preferred.
- Team management experience is considered a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of inventory control, material movements, reconciliation processes, warehouse operations, and financial settlement logic.
- Familiarity with SAP systems, especially SAP MM, WM, or EWM modules, is preferred.
- Experience executing or supporting SAP/WMS transactions such as GR, GI, stock transfers, returns, scrapping, and inventory adjustments.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong data analysis capability, with the ability to support decision‑making through accurate data insights.
- Familiarity with BOMs in the manufacturing industry and understanding of how engineering changes impact inventory and data accuracy.
- Experience building or implementing systems, processes, or operational workflows from 0 to 1 is highly preferred.
- Strong strategic thinking and execution capability, with the ability to translate business goals into actionable logistics plans.
- Strong cross‑functional communication and coordination skills, with the ability to independently drive issue resolution.

- Strong cross-cultural communication skills and understanding of both European and Chinese business environments.
- Fluent English and Spanish are required; Catalan and Chinese are a plus.
