About The Role

In Business Transformation, we focus on clients’ strategic, operational, financial and capital needs, addressing the full spectrum of financial and transactional challenges faced by corporations, boards, private‑equity sponsors, creditor constituencies and other stakeholders.

Our services include pre‑deal commercial and operations due diligence, post‑merger integration, business‑plan development, restructuring, performance improvement (including interim management), and a range of other advisory activities.

What You’ll Do

The successful candidate will participate in project teams, working with clients on the execution of various engagements and assisting with ongoing business development activity. Key activities include:

- Modelling financial and operational scenarios
- Analysing operations (e.g., OEE assessment, FTE benchmarking)
- Assessing company financials
- Researching markets
- Formulating strategy
- Developing business plans
- Identifying upside/downside potential
- Creating implementable improvement plans
- Planning carve‑outs and integrations
- Conducting private‑equity due diligence
- Managing and implementing programmes
- Writing presentations and reports
- Attending client/internal meetings (including regular and extensive travel)
- Supporting junior team members

Basic Qualifications

- University‑level degree (preferably with a numerical component)
- Demonstrable consulting experience in high‑paced environments focused on rapid results (e.g., performance improvement, turnaround, due diligence)
- Experience delivering results across functions in at least one of the following areas: performance improvement, operations, financial modelling, business‑plan review/development, industry experience (consumer goods, retail, pharma, transportation & logistics, travel & leisure), implementation, programme management, strategy, market assessment, or transactions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to produce client‑ready PowerPoint presentations for senior audiences
- Relationship‑building skills with the ability to work in diverse teams and interacting with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent organisational and planning skills, capable of handling multiple demanding tasks
- Proficient Excel skills for analysis and modelling
- Good knowledge of P&L;, cash flow, and balance sheet xqbhyrx

Preferred Qualifications
- Additional industry experience is an advantage
- Excellent consulting skills with a hypothesis‑driven problem‑solving approach
- Strong verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
- Strong written communication skills for producing senior‑level documents
- Relationship building and rapid rapport‑building abilities
- Excellent organisational and planning skills, confident with demanding stakeholders
- Matriculation of EQ and IQ, strong analytical mindset
- Excel‑based analytic and modelling skills
- Fluent in Spanish (both written and spoken)
