In this role you will lead and mature the Corporate Compliance Program across the EMEA region, aligning with global standards while adapting to local rules. You will oversee the regional compliance team and partner with country leadership, sales, medical affairs, regulatory, legal and HR to uphold ethical standards and regulatory obligations. You will assess risks across multiple markets, design practical controls, and guide cross-functional leaders on compliant business initiatives. • Lead the execution and enhancement of the Corporate Compliance Program across EMEA, aligning with global standards and local regulations
• Disciplinary leadership of the EMEA compliance team
• Subject matter expert on country-specific healthcare compliance requirements across EMEA (HCP interactions, sponsorships, donations, product education)
• Advise business leaders with pragmatic, risk-based guidance on commercial and operational initiatives
• Oversee transparency reporting obligations across EMEA (MedTech Europe, sunshines laws) with accurate data capture and timely submissions




• Conduct regional and country-level risk assessments and design scalable controls
• Manage compliance risks related to distributors, agents, and third parties, including due diligence and remediation
• Develop and deliver targeted compliance training for business needs and risk areas
• Manage internal compliance investigations for the region and ensure proper documentation and remediation
Responsabilidades
• 8-10 years in healthcare compliance, legal or related function in medical device or pharmaceutical industries
• Healthcare compliance certification (CHC, CCEP) strongly preferred
• People leadership experience (ideally)
• Deep knowledge of EMEA healthcare compliance frameworks (MedTech Europe Code, UK ABPI Code) xqbhyrx and country-specific regulations
• Strong understanding of anti-bribery laws (FCPA, UK Bribery Act, local laws) and global expectations in EMEA
• Experience supporting compliance programs across multiple EMEA countries
• Trusted advisor to sales, marketing, and cross-functional leaders
• Commitment to teamwork and stakeholder communication
