Customer Service Agent with Spanish & English

Foundever is expanding and we are looking for Customer Service Agents to join an exciting automotive project, based at our Madrid offices.

Your Main Responsibilities

-

- Provide multi-channel customer support.

- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and incidents efficiently.

- Deliver an excellent customer experience in line with brand standards.

What We Offer

-

- Permanent contract.

- Full-time position (39 hours per week).

- Rotating schedule from Monday to Friday, between 7:50 a.M. and 8:00 p.M.

- Gross annual salary: €22,100 (language bonus included).

- Additional bonus of up to €400 gross per month for availability outside regular working hours during weekends.

- Paid initial training lasting 3 weeks, from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.M. to 6:00 p.M.

- Training start date: 03/08/2026.

- A stable role within a integral, people-centered company.

Requirements

- Previous experience in customer service.

- Native or bilingual Spanish.

- Advanced level of English (minimum C1).

- Portuguese language skills are a plus.

- Customer-oriented mindset and good digital skills.
