The Role

As Floor Manager at Soho House, you are an ambassador for the brand with detailed knowledge of the Soho House Group and its concept, including all menu and F&B; offerings. Demonstrating a professional approach towards employees and members, you are responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of the club, associated events, and the member and guest experience.

Main Duties

-

- Be visible on the floor and engage with members, gathering feedback through reporting channels and delivering comments to the kitchen and front‑of‑house team.

- Ensure members and guests have a great experience, resolving any issues before they depart.

- Order and purchase products for the club.

- Coordinate and operate the POS system, ensuring all items are updated as necessary.

- Be available for staff for any requests and problems, proactively solving issues.

- Ensure the club team is appropriately groomed and wearing the correct uniform in accordance with site and company standards.

- Work with other departments to ensure the department runs efficiently.

- Print, organize, and separate various documents, summarize relevant information, and distribute information to appropriate employees.

- Ensure employee compliance with company standards,



policies and external regulations.

- Ensure hourly employees are trained on company core values, job roles, responsibilities, and technical and service aspects of the job.

- Assign and ensure work tasks are completed on time and meet appropriate quality standards.

- Maintain the highest level of appearance at all times.

- Be physically fit and able to safely lift, bend, twist and stand/walk for long periods.

What We Are Looking For

-

- Up to 3‑5 years’ experience in a busy hospitality venue in a floor‑management capacity.

- Innovator and influencer with previous experience managing F&B; operations.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships internally and externally.

- Strong attention to detail.

- Excellent customer service.

- Fluent in English and Spanish.

- Organised and reliable.

- Ability to work and maximise relationships within a diverse team.

- Computer literacy in Opera, Micros and Adaco is advantageous.
