We are looking for a results-oriented Product Manager to support and drive the growth of our AI-powered business writing assistant, contributing to key areas such as product strategy, development, AI innovation, and performance optimization. You will be part of a technology department that is comprised of a successful and multidisciplinary group of professionals located across the globe – Lisbon, Barcelona, New York, Manchester, Bucharest and India. Key Responsibilities: Define and regularly update the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and evolving user needs Lead the discovery process by conducting market analysis, user research, and gathering stakeholder insights to identify trends and pain points Communicate changes in the roadmap and prioritization reasoning to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment Product Development & Lifecycle Management Partner with cross-functional teams—including engineers, researchers, QA analysts, and designers—to translate product requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria focused on authoring solutions Manage the entire product lifecycle from planning through release, ensuring strategic alignment and successful delivery Identify and implement improvements to the software development process,
