RemoFirst is looking for a Junior Talent Partner to shape recruitment processes and handle day-to-day tasks in a fast-growing, fully remote environment.
You will partner with hiring managers, coordinate end-to-end recruitment for integral roles, manage postings, pipelines, interviews and offers, and support employer branding.
We welcome a degree in HR or psychology (or up to 2 years of HR experience), strong communication and attention to detail, and a desire to work across time zones.
