As an Airport Tour Guide at Mallorca Airport, you welcome guests, ensure smooth arrivals and departures, and create unforgettable holiday starts for travelers. In this dynamic full-time role, you act as the primary contact person on-site, delivering high-quality service in an international atmosphere.

Your daily responsibilities include:

- Greeting and supporting German-speaking guests directly at Mallorca Airport to ensure a seamless holiday start.
- Assisting guests with arrivals, departures, transfers, and unexpected flight or airline issues by providing fast, practical solutions.
- Organizing and coordinating transfers between the airport, hotels, and key island locations so all travelers arrive safely and punctually.
- Communicating closely with local partners, hotels, and the internal service team to maintain smooth operations and exceptional service standards.

What you bring to the team:

- Strong communication skills with a friendly and clear approach toward guests and business partners.
- Fluent German language skills are required, while additional knowledge of Spanish is a valuable advantage.
- High customer service orientation and a genuine passion for creating memorable travel experiences for guests.
- A solution-driven mindset to handle challenging scenarios calmly,
