Role Description

The Graphic & Branding Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Castellón de la Plana. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining visual identities that align with the company’s values and services, including logos, color palettes, typography, and brand guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include designing marketing materials (print and digital), social media assets, presentations, and other communication collateral. The designer collaborates with internal stakeholders to interpret service offerings into clear, engaging visual concepts and ensures brand consistency across all touchpoints.



The role also involves preparing files for production, coordinating with printers or vendors when needed, and staying current with design trends relevant to individual and family services.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in graphic design, including layout, typography, and visual composition.
- Experience developing and managing brand identities, brand guidelines, and visual systems.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; or equivalent).
- Ability to create assets for both print and digital channels, including social media, web graphics, and promotional materials.
- Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
- Experience in service-oriented or community-focused sectors is a plus, as well as basic knowledge of UX/UI principles.
