What you'll do

- Provide technical and account support for the NEXT Platform and associated business phone services.
- Assist customers via voice, email, live chat, and messaging channels.
- Troubleshoot issues related to cloud phone systems, SIP trunking, and contact center configurations.
- Help users navigate our AI-powered tools, including the AI Receptionist and Agent Assist features.
- Document customer interactions accurately within our internal systems.

Requirements





- Ability to work onsite at our Guadalajara office.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to handle professional client interactions.
- Capability to manage multiple communication streams including voice, text, and email.
- Technical aptitude for learning cloud-based communication software and AI-driven platforms.

- Cloud PBX and VoIP knowledge
