What you will do in this role

- -Deliver a premium, personalized styling experiencevia chat and email, replicating the in-store luxury client advisor journey.
- -Provideaccurateand engaging product recommendations, including sizing,fit, and styling advice.
- -Create complete looks by mixing and matching products and suggesting complementary items.
- -Drive e-commerce sales performance by achieving targets and applying upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- -Manage multiple client interactions while meeting SLA response times andmaintaininghigh-quality communication.
- -Build strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.

Your qualifications

- -Fluent Englishwith strong written communication skills (essential for client interactions).




- -Experience in customer service, retail, or fashion-related roles is highly valued.
- -Passion for fashion, styling, and luxury brands, with the ability to learn product details quickly.
- -Strong multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- -Detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset and a focus on delivering high-quality experiences.
- -Sales-driven attitude with the ability toidentifyopportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
