Team

The Serrala Hub plays a crucial part in the company's overall strategy. The Product Owner is responsible for contributing to the vision of the platform and developing a concrete, aligned roadmap that follows the overall strategy and vision.

Responsibilities

- Contribute to the platform vision and strategy – align the product roadmap with the overall business goal
- Engage with stakeholders, including product managers, customers, internal teams, and executives
- Own and prioritize the platform product backlog
- Support feature development by collaborating with the development team, including developers, QA, and UX engineers
- Help foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team

Qualifications

- At least 3 years as a Product Owner,



plus 3 to 5 years of technical or business experience in software development projects; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Communicate efficiently and foster collaboration within and across teams
- Manage stakeholders and expectations – ability to deliver inspiring and informative presentations
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Technical understanding of system integration points such as APIs or event‑driven messaging
- Product management skills, i.e., ability to define precise requirements, plan, and manage the work
