Planet is seeking a Customer Success Manager (PMS) to drive satisfaction and retention within our direct PMS customer base. You will be the main commercial contact for current PMS users, upsell add-ons, and prevent churn by monitoring health status.
Based in a designated office, you will collaborate with marketing, product, support and sales teams to achieve individual KPIs and maintain up-to-date CRM data in Salesforce.
