Responsibilities
- Ensuring Compliance & Airworthiness: You’ll analyze, review, and distribute Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (VSBs), and other OEM documentation to ensure compliance across our fleet. Keeping our aircraft and engines airworthy starts with the details.
- Creating & Managing Technical Documentation: You’ll issue engineering orders and bulletins, administer and distribute technical documentation for aircraft, powerplants, and nacelles, ensuring every update is properly implemented and communicated.
- Supporting Engine & APU Maintenance: You’ll work directly with CFM56-5B engines, 131‑9A and APS3200 APUs, overseeing maintenance and ensuring optimal performance. You’ll also track engine and APU shop visits, forecasting future needs to keep everything running smoothly.
- Providing Cross‑Departmental Support: You’ll collaborate with Planning, MCC, and Transitions teams, offering technical expertise and assistance. Whether it’s troubleshooting, preparing work packages, or supporting maintenance events, your input will be key to efficient operations.
- Driving Reliability & Cost Efficiency: You’ll perform reliability analyses to identify trends and enhance operational efficiency, helping reduce costs while maintaining high performance standards.

- Monitoring Engine Health: You’ll track and assess engine health parameters and alerts, ensuring early detection of potential issues and minimizing downtime. Your monitoring will help keep our fleet operating at peak performance.
- Managing Engine Transitions: From phase‑ins to phase‑outs, you’ll oversee the entire engine lifecycle, preparing end‑of‑lease documentation and ensuring smooth transitions between aircraft and powerplants.
- Hands‑On Maintenance Support: Occasionally, you’ll act as a technical representative during aircraft base maintenance events, providing expertise and ensuring that work is carried out according to plan.
What you'll bring
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Aircraft Engineering or equivalent, providing you with the technical foundation to navigate the complexities of aircraft maintenance and airworthiness.
- At least 3 years of experience in an Engineering environment within CAMO, with fleet technical management experience an added advantage.
- Familiarity with A320 aircraft and experience working with AIRBUS & CFM manuals and data sources.
- Fluent English is essential, and Spanish is highly recommended.
- Solid understanding of EASA regulations.
- Experience with AMOS, the maintenance management system.
- Attention to detail, analytical, and service‑oriented mindset.
