pstrong Regional Delivery Station Manager /strong /ppstrong Last-Mile Operations /strong /p p strong Role Overview /strong /p p At the heart of our logistics network, Regional Delivery Station Managers are responsible for delivering operational excellence at scale. /pp This is a high-impact field leadership role designed for leaders who thrive in fast-moving environments, enjoy solving complex operational challenges, and know how to build high-performing teams across multiple sites. /pp You will directly lead one flagship Delivery Station while overseeing a network of regional stations managed by Site Leads. From operational performance and partner governance to safety, compliance, and cost control, you will own the end-to-end execution of your regional perimeter. /p p strong What You'll Do /strong /p pstrong Own Operations /strong /pulli Lead a flagship Delivery Station with full accountability for performance, customer experience, safety, staffing, and financial results. /lili Drive key operational metrics including OTD, FTD, productivity, quality, and cost per parcel. /lili Build a strong operational culture through visible leadership and daily engagement with teams on the ground. /li /ulpstrong Lead a Regional Network /strong /pulli Manage and coach Site Leads across multiple Delivery Stations. /lili Ensure operational consistency, compliance, and execution excellence across the region. /lili Conduct regular site visits and provide hands-on support during peaks and critical events.



/li /ulpstrong Build Strong Delivery Partnerships /strong /pulli Manage DSP and staffing agency relationships across the region. /lili Drive partner performance through scorecards, audits, SLA reviews, and continuous improvement plans. /lili Collaborate with Procurement, HR, Finance, Legal, and Planning teams to scale operations efficiently. /li /ulpstrong Drive Continuous Improvement /strong /pulli Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions. /lili Own regional forecasting, budget planning, and performance recovery initiatives. /lili Use data to make fast, informed operational decisions. /li /ul p strong About You /strong /pulli Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, Engineering, or Business /lili6+ year experience in managing a team plus a full PL with a strong background in logistics, transportation, express parcel, or last-mile operations. /lili Proven success managing high-volume operations and outsourced delivery models. /lili Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. /lili Strong analytical mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills. /lili Fluent in English and Spanish and able to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments. /lili Willing to travel regularly across the region (Madrid). /li /ul p We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity within our workforce.
