ph3Descripción del rol /h3 pThe Digitalization Process Analyst / Specialist will support the implementation and adoption of Ferrovial Energy’s digitalization strategy across energy projects. The role will focus on the effective use of digital tools, process improvement, standardization and reporting, acting as a link between digital solutions and business needs, and supporting project teams in their day-to-day use of these tools. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide functional support and user assistance for corporate and technical digital tools used in energy projects. /li liSupport the deployment, testing and continuous improvement of digital solutions, ensuring their effective adoption by project teams. /li liCollaborate with engineering, project and technical teams to understand business needs and help translate them into practical and usable digital solutions. /li liEnsure proper data collection, structure, quality and traceability, supporting consistent and efficient ways of working across projects. /li liStandardize templates, formats and best practices related to reporting, document management and processes. /li liPrepare basic reports and support project and digitalization follow-up activities.



/li liDocument processes, user guides and internal procedures to facilitate understanding, consistency and adoption. /li liSupport senior team members with coordination, follow-up and implementation activities related to digitalization initiatives. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Engineering (Industrial, Energy, Civil, Architecture or similar), or Business Administration or related fields. /li liStrong interest in digitalization, processes and project environments. /li liIntermediate to advanced Excel skills. /li liKnowledge of Microsoft 365 environment (Teams, SharePoint). /li liExperience working with SaaS solutions (Procore or similar). /li liHigh level of English (C1). /li li2–3 years of experience. /li /ul pFerrovial ofrece igualdad de oportunidades a todos los candidatos.
