You’ll have the chance to influence the direction of the Data Science team and contribute to our shared culture of learning, innovation, and inclusion. /ph3What You’ll Do /h3ulliTake full ownership of strategic data science projects, from exploration to deployment /liliGuide, mentor, and support a small team of Data Scientists, helping them grow technically and professionally /liliDesign and build models for personalization, forecasting, user behavior analysis, and marketing efficiency /liliCollaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other teams to turn data insights into real‑world impact /liliHelp prioritize projects effectively based on value and feasibility, keeping a strong product and user focus /liliPlay an active role in hiring, onboarding, and nurturing an inclusive team culture /liliPartner with senior leaders to inform strategic planning for the Data function at Fever /li /ulh3Who You Are /h3ulliYou have strong foundations in statistics, machine learning, and mathematics (a Master’s or PhD is a plus). /liliYou are confident in exploring data, designing models, and evaluating their performance with rigor /liliYou thrive in ambiguity, balancing tech health with speed of impact and learning, and are able to help a team incorporate new information as it emerges /liliYou are skilled in SQL and Python‑based tools (Pandas, NumPy,
