This Junior Event Producer will support the delivery of Fever Originals experiences across our Northern Europe markets while based in Madrid. /p pInternational travel and work across time zones may be required. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage all aspects of event production for assigned projects, from pre‑production logistics planning and vendor selection to onsite execution and post‑event wrap‑up. /li liSupport the Fever Originals team in developing new events, implementing new production formats, and staying ahead of emerging technologies. /li liCreate production timelines and ensure teams adhere to schedule. /li liAssess and manage budgets of varying scales with Associate Producers and Project Managers. /li liCommunicate and collaborate with internal cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to drive alignment and execution of event deliverables. /li liManage multiple productions and help scale various Fever Originals IPs against team targets. /li liResearch new vendors, technologies, and experiences. /li liAssist Project Managers in assessing and securing venues. /li liHandle administrative duties including expense reports, invoicing, and contract work with the legal department. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pYou have early experience supporting the production of live events and are excited to continue growing in the field. Candidates must be passionate about the entertainment/events industry and comfortable delivering results in an ambiguous environment. /p ul li1+ years of experience in live event production, theatre, stage management, experiential events, or a related field. /li liFluency in English.
