ph3Who We Are /h3 pRole Purpose:To support the management of the commercial relationship with 1-2 of Vodafone Business International’s (VBI) large strategic accounts with combined TCV up to €25M pa. Responsible for ensuring VBI is delivering on all of its contractual obligations on these accounts, and for delivering incremental value for these customers and for VBI. /p h3About This Role /h3 h3Key responsibilities and decision ownership: /h3 ul liResponsible for execution of all of VBI’s commercial contractual obligations over the life of the contract /li liSeen by customer and VBI leadership as trusted advisor to key stakeholders. /li liFacilitation/Co-ordination of commercial contract governance boards (as required) /li liSupport the production of internal executive briefings on commercial performance of managed accounts and implement recommendations to grow value in accounts and differentiate VBI from competition /li liSupport senior stakeholders in case of potential or actual escalation (management briefings, presentation, costs analysis, options / recommendations) /li liCollaborate with relevant counterparts in Sales, Legal, Solution, and OpCos’ organisations to maximise profitability of the managed accounts /li /ul h3What You’ll Do /h3 h3Core competencies, knowledge and experience: /h3 ul liExcellent relationship builder, with the necessary personal impact to build credibility with customers, account and senior Sales managers /li liExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal,
