We're looking for someone to build MELLER's TikTok from the ground up. Not someone who simply posts videos, but someone who understands internet culture, knows what makes people stop scrolling, and can turn ideas into content people genuinely want to watch and share. You'll have the freedom to experiment, the responsibility to shape the channel's creative direction, and the opportunity to help build one of the most exciting organic fashion brands on TikTok.

This role combines creativity with growth. You'll implement MELLER's Short-Form Growth System, a proven methodology for researching winning content, testing ideas, analyzing performance and continuously refining the creative process. Every video should generate not only views, but also insights that make the next one even stronger.

Your role

● Create, produce and publish native TikTok content from concept to final post.

● Spot trends, formats and conversations worth joining, adapting them to MELLER's voice.

● Develop creative concepts that feel original, entertaining and culturally relevant.

● Film content in our stores, at events and on location.

● Edit videos with strong pacing, storytelling and a deep understanding of TikTok language.

● Collaborate closely with our Creative team to bring bigger ideas to life.

● Propose new recurring formats, series and content pillars.

● Feel comfortable appearing in front of the camera whenever the content requires it.

● Coordinate shoots and content production with other teams across the company.

● Analyze performance and use insights to improve future content.

● Maintain a consistent organic publishing schedule.





● Own the TikTok channel with a high level of autonomy and organization.

● Implement MELLER's Short-Form Growth System: apply a data-driven experimentation process instead of relying on intuition.

● Research top-performing creators and identify winning content patterns worth adapting.

● Build content batches based on validated ideas instead of random inspiration.

● Constantly test new hooks, storytelling structures, visual styles, editing techniques and recurring formats.

● Analyze every batch of content to identify winning patterns and double down on what works.

● Document learnings and continuously improve MELLER's content playbook.

● Treat every piece of content as an experiment designed to generate insights for the next one.

● Stay obsessed with continuous improvement rather than chasing one-off viral moments.

● Balance creativity with analytical thinking to build a scalable organic acquisition channel.
