ppThe Store Fulfillment Associate drives sales and delivers a positive customer experience by processing store fulfillment orders with accuracy and speed. This role focuses on picking, packing, and preparing daily orders for pickup or delivery, maintaining inventory accuracy, and keeping fulfillment areas clean and organized. This is an hourly position. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liDemonstrate ownership and initiative in achieving personal goals, store objectives, and daily priorities. /li liPick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently, following omni processes and procedures to enhance productivity. /li liPrioritize workload based on requested customer delivery options and follow packing standards, ensuring positive customer experience. /li liStrategically pick merchandise within the store for STH and BOPIS orders to minimize steps. /li liOrganize equipment and replenish supplies in fulfillment and pickup areas to promote efficiency. /li liMaintain merchandise presentation standards and support store recovery efforts. /li liLeverage training tools, use resources, and embrace feedback to build knowledge of omni processes and procedures and strengthen performance. Stay informed of products, promotions, policies, and store events to enhance execution. /li liContribute to a positive store culture by building connections with teammates, sharing knowledge,
