Led by Chairman Davide Bollati and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Anthony Molet, the Group is headquartered in Parma at the Davines Group Village, alongside which stand the Scientific Garden and EROC - European Regenerative Organic Center - a research center focusing on regenerative organic agriculture stemming from a partnership with the Rodale Institute. We’re looking for passionate individuals eager to help grow our Brands while upholding our core values of beauty, ethics, and sustainability. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liSupport the E-Commerce Manager with the day-to-day management and growth of Davines and Comfort Zone e-commerce websites. /li liCoordinate website updates, product launches, promotional activations and content implementation. /li liManage product information, assets and merchandising initiatives across digital channels. /li liExecute CRM campaigns, newsletters and customer segmentation activities. /li liAdapt and localize content provided by headquarter for the Spanish market. /li liCreate and update landing pages, blog articles and commercial content. /li liCollaborate with media agencies and internal stakeholders to support digital marketing campaigns. /li liSupport Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and website optimization initiatives. /li liCoordinate materials, product information and launches with key e-retail partners. /li liSupport marketplace activities, including Amazon development project.
/li liCollaborate with Customer Service, Logistics and Warehouse teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. /li liMonitor key e-commerce Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contribute to regular reporting and performance analysis, identifying opportunities to improve user experience, conversion and customer journey. /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 ul li1-2 years of experience in E-commerce, Digital Marketing or related roles. /li liExperience working with e-commerce platforms, preferably Shopify. /li liKnowledge of CRM and Email Marketing tools. /li liUnderstanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including Paid Media and SEO. /li liAnalytical mindset and confidence working with KPIs and performance reports. /li liStrong organizational and project management skills. /li liProactive, detail-oriented and eager to learn. /li liStrong communication and collaboration skills. /li liFluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken. /li liInterest in beauty, skincare, haircare and premium brands. /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liExperience with HubSpot, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads or Meta Ads. /li liExperience working with online retailers or marketplaces. /li liPrevious experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare or lifestyle brands. /li /ul h3WHY YOU WILL LOVE WORKING WITH US /h3 pAt Davines Group, we may not be perfect, but we are dedicated to creating a supportive and inspiring environment where we grow together.
