Our goal is to contribute to a more sustainable world of real estate. /p pFor our Loan Management business area based in Madrid, we are currently seeking to hire, with immediate effect, a /p h3Specialist Counterparty Management (m/f/d) / KYC Specialist (m/f/d) /h3 h3Your tasks /h3 ul liYou will carry out the KYC (know your customer) process with the focus on existing customers (for Germany and our international locations) as well as anti-money laundering checks and provide a risk assessment. /li liThe regular review of existing customers is part of the KYC process, including and carry out a re-evaluation if necessary. /li liThe screening of sanctions and embargo lists as part of the customer intake process is also your responsibility. /li liYou will work closely with the sales and credit risk management departments and the compliance function at the headquarter as well as all international locations of pbb, with Focus on Spain and France.
