Stay hands‑on in electrical design while providing technical leadership for mission‑critical facilities, coordinating engineers and SMEs across multidisciplinary teams. Own design quality, standards, and deliverables; mentor the wider team; act as client‑facing technical lead; and guide value engineering and technical decision‑making through to site commissioning. /ph3What's required:
