As a Finance Business Partner, you’ll work closely with the Country Manager and Local Management Team to drive strategic planning, performance reporting, and financial accountability across Spain. Reporting to the Director of Finance Business Partnering, you will own the local PL, support accounting compliance, and act as a trusted co‑pilot to the business – championing continuous improvement and risk‑aware decision making. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead end‑to‑end planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles – delivering timely, accurate financial insights to the Country Manager and Local Management Team. /li liOwn weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reporting; translate numbers into actionable commercial recommendations. /li liDrive local accounting accuracy and compliance, partnering with Finance Operations and the Financial Controller on statutory accounts and audits. /li liMonitor financial trajectory, flag risks and opportunities, and build scenario plans to keep the business on track. /li liPartner with Group finance systems teams to optimise ERP, TMS, and planning tools – championing data quality and process improvement.
