Our multinational team prides itself on delivering a professional, personal and friendly service, helping our clients through every stage of buying, selling, renting and managing their property. /ppWe're looking for an organised, reliable and proactive Property Management Coordinator to join our team. /ph3The Role /h3pAs Property Management Coordinator, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of our managed rental portfolio, working closely with landlords, tenants, contractors and our Rental Negotiator to ensure every property is managed efficiently and professionally. /ppThis role combines customer service, organisation and financial administration, making it idóneo for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with people and keeping everything running smoothly. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliCoordinate the day-to-day management of our rental portfolio. /liliBe the main point of contact for landlords, tenants and contractors. /liliCoordinate tenancy changes, property inspections and maintenance activities. /liliProcess and prepare landlord payments, contractor invoices and deposit returns. /liliReconcile client accounts and maintain accurate financial records. /liliEnsure all property management administration is completed accurately and on time. /liliWork closely with the Rental Negotiator and Director to deliver an outstanding client experience.



/li /ulh3About You /h3pYou'll be someone who enjoys taking responsibility, has excellent attention to detail and genuinely cares about providing outstanding customer service. /ph3You'll ideally have: /h3ulliExperience in property management, lettings or a similar customer-focused role. /liliStrong organisational and administrative skills. /liliGood analytical and accounting skills with excellent attention to detail. /liliA proactive, reliable and positive attitude. /liliExcellent communication and problem-solving skills. /liliFluent Spanish and a good level (B2 minimum) of spoken and written English.
