If you thrive in dynamic environments and want to contribute to building infrastructure that creates long-term sustainable impact, this is an opportunity to help shape the future of renewable energy with Nadara. /p h3bJob Description: /b /h3 pbKey Responsibilities /b /p pYou will manage for the whole Iberian portfolio all construction activities including: /p ul lipEstablish and maintain the construction execution strategy for wind b, /b solar and BESS projects, defining sequencing, resource plans, contracting and packaging approach, and alignment with permitting, environmental, and regulatory requirements; /p /li lipSupport the definition of construction requirements during the contracting phase supporting Execution PM and Procurment including site and transport logistics; /p /li lipSupport Engineering in the design phase to optimize the construction costsì; /p /li lipEnsure construction readiness prior to site mobilization by validating schedules, budgets, logistics plans, and construction methodologies, and confirming that all required design, procurement, and permitting deliverables are complete, approved,
and integrated; /p /li lipProvide governance oversight of daily site execution in coordination with the Project Manager, ensuring internal teams and contractors deliver construction activities safely, in accordance with approved plans, and in line with schedule, cost, and quality objectives; /p /li lipMonitor construction performance against approved KPIs for schedule, cost, quality, and productivity; identify and mitigate risks; implement corrective actions; and support claims, variations, and change management processes where deviations arise; /p /li lipEnsure compliance with technical, contractual, and permitting obligations by coordinating with internal and external specialists, resolving construction-related technical issues, and translating regulatory and permit conditions into clear, auditable site execution requirements; /p /li lipDefine with the planning team standardized Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for a proper predictability and monitoring of the construction activities; /p /li lipManage contract and Non Conformities; /p /li lipStrong focus on HSE requirements and compliance; /p /li /ul pbKey Requirements /b /p ul lipAt least 4 years previous experience in engineering and/or construction of renewable projects (Wind and grid infrastructure is a plus); /p /li lipKnowledge on the renewable energies supply chain and construction processes; /p /li lipExperience with complex supply chain control including far East suppliers; /p /li lipExcellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel,
