ph3Job Description /h3 h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPlan lessons in advance and send plans via email to the Head of Level and Academic Coordinator. /li liPrepare and organize the necessary materials for classes. /li liFulfill the objectives outlined in the general plans distributed at the beginning of the year. /li liMaintain the grade book up to date. Enter grades at the end of each evaluation period and semester, on or before deadlines. /li liDesign and prepare monthly assessments for each topic. /li liGrade all assigned work. /li liKeep the classroom decorated with materials related to lessons, activities, and holidays. /li liPerform assigned playground supervision duties. /li liCollaborate with the Psychology Department to support students with academic or behavioral issues. /li liWork with the Academic Coordinator and psychologist to support students with special needs, including gifted learners. /li liAttend meetings with teachers, academic coordinators, and assistant principals. /li liAttend institutional workshops. /li liParticipate in parent meetings and special school activities. /li liComply with the established work schedule (departure time varies by grade level). /li liAct as a mediator between students and inform the psychologist of conflicts and/or refer students experiencing emotional, personal, or family issues. /li liCollaborate with the psychologist to organize community service projects and fundraising activities. /li liAssist and/or organize student participation in fairs and other activities. /li liContact parents/guardians to invite them to meetings or special events when necessary. /li liRecord daily attendance in the system or submit forms to the Academic Support Department. /li liCollect subject-specific assignments for portfolio organization according to level criteria, each evaluation period.



/li liAssign a student to record homework and monitor the Homework Board, ensuring its proper use every two weeks. /li liEncourage student participation in subcommittees to promote teamwork and school activities. /li liPromote open communication with students and parents. /li liEncourage parents/guardians to attend meetings organized by ISP CBNH and PTA. /li liConsider students' special learning and socio-emotional needs and refer them to the Psychology Department. /li liAttend school in proper uniform and/or according to institutional policies. /li liPerform other duties related to the position. /li /ul h3Skills, Qualifications, And Experience /h3 ul liField/Specialization: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or related fields. /li liMaster’s Degree: Preferred /li /ul h3Additional Knowledge /h3 ul liProficiency in digital tools /li liIntermediate-level Microsoft Office skills /li /ul h3Competencies /h3 ul liOrganization (Level 4) /li liPlanning (Level 4) /li liLeadership (Level 3) /li liAnalytical Skills (Level 4) /li liAbility to Work Under Pressure (Level 4) /li liCommunication (Level 4)Strategic Thinking (Level 4) /li liEnglish Level: Advanced (must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing) /li /ul h3Work Experience /h3 ul liMinimum 2 years in education /li /ul h3ISP Principles /h3 pBegin with our children and students.
