Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead the design vision for Deel’s AI vertical, shaping AI-powered experiences across Deel’s platform. You’ll own end-to-end design strategy for Deel AI, Akai, conversational interfaces, agents, and developer tools, spanning in-chat flows to proactive notifications and human-in-the-loop interventions. You’ll collaborate with the Principal Designer to ensure a coherent, intelligent system and guide a growing design team to deliver high-impact AI experiences. This is a rare opportunity to influence how intelligence surfaces across a integral fintech platform and transform how customers work with AI.

Responsabilidades
• 8+ years as a Product Designer in a fast-paced environment
• 3+ years at Staff level or above
• Deep experience designing AI-powered products including conversational interfaces and intelligent automation
• Portfolio demonstrating AI/ML product design and zero-to-one to scaling experience
• Strong UI/UX/interaction/visual design skills for complex workflows
• Ability to collaborate with ML engineers and researchers on interaction models and trust calibration
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Data-informed, research-driven design mindset
• Knowledge of payroll, HR, fintech, or compliance domains is a plus
