You ensure the availability of critical spare parts, industrial services, maintenance contracts, tools, consumables, and technical solutions at the best total cost of ownership while minimizing operational risks and supporting plant reliability objectives. /p pWorking closely with Maintenance, Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, HSE, and Procurement teams, you drive sourcing strategies, supplier performance, cost optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives across the MRO category. /p h3What you will do /h3 ul liDevelop and implement sourcing strategies for MRO categories, including spare parts, consumables, maintenance services, contractors, tooling, and facilities. /li liEnsure uninterrupted plant operations through effective supplier risk management, lead-time control, and inventory optimization. /li liPartner with Maintenance and Engineering teams to optimize spend, standardize materials and services, and improve efficiency. /li liLead RFQs, supplier negotiations, contract management,



and supplier selection processes for MRO goods and services. /li liDrive cost reduction, value engineering, and demand-management initiatives while maintaining reliability, safety, and operational performance. /li liConduct market analysis, supplier assessments, and benchmarking to identify innovation opportunities and industry best practices. /li liManage strategic supplier relationships and improve performance across quality, delivery, responsiveness, and service levels. /li liMonitor MRO procurement KPIs, ensure contract and policy compliance, and support sustainability, health, and safety objectives. /li /ul h3What we’re looking for /h3 ul liA proven track record in strategic procurement within industrial/manufacturing environments and negotiating contracts for MRO categories such as maintenance services, spare parts, and technical contractors. /li liBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. /li liFamiliarity with MRO best practices, including inventory optimization, reliability methodologies (TPM, RCM, Lean Maintenance), and supplier-led solutions such as e-catalogs and VMI. /li liExperience with SAP, Ariba, Coupa, or similar procurement platforms, as well as spend analysis and ERP tools. /li liExcellent skills in supplier relationship management and commercial negotiation. /li liStrong competencies in spend and market analysis and cross-functional stakeholder management, with a collaborative approach. /li liKnowledge of the automotive sector, Horse Powertrain business, and our ambition to transform the industry. /li liExcellent command of English, both spoken and written; proficiency in French will be valued. /li /ul h3Equal opportunities employer /h3 pAt Horse Technologies, we are committed to equal opportunities and select individuals based on their skills and qualifications.We especially encourage applications from underrepresented groups. /p pHorse Technologies is part of Horse Powertrain Ltd, a integral leader in powertrain system solutions. /p pLearn more at /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
