ph3Job Mission /h3 pAs a First Party Collector, you will be part of our integral finance team, supporting collection activities for customers in the United States and Canada. Your mission is to ensure timely recovery of outstanding receivables, maintain accurate records, and foster strong customer relationships to support PPG’s financial performance. This role is based in Rubí, Spain, and follows an onsite model. The working hours are aligned with the North American market, from 14:00 to 23:00 CET, Monday through Friday. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liReview open accounts and initiate collection efforts /li liConduct outbound calls and emails to recover overdue payments /li liMeet monthly call and notation targets /li liProcess payments and update records accurately /li liMaintain organized and up-to-date collection files /li liFollow up on payment arrangements using the treatment schedule /li liBuild and maintain positive relationships with customers /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liAdaance English speaker /li liBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business-related field /li li1–2 years of experience in collections or customer service /li liStrong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills /li liEffective business writing and professional communication /li liDetail-oriented and organized /li liExperience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred) /li /ul pPPG provides equal opportunity to all candidates and employees.
