Experteer Overview
As a Data Analytics Engineer at Deel, you design and maintain data models and end-to-end pipelines to deliver timely, reliable data for analysis. You work with analytics engineers and analysts to ensure consistent metrics and definitions across the team. You apply SQL and dbt to transform data and validate quality, optimizing performance as needed. You will contribute to analytics workflows and occasionally lead parts of meetings. This role supports Deel’s mission to enable a global, compliant, data-driven workforce.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics)
• At least 3 years of experience in data analytics engineering or BI development
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with dbt and data warehousing concepts
• Hands-on experience with BI platforms (Looker, Tableau, or similar)
• Basic programming skills in Python or similar language for data processing and automation
• Proven ability to handle multiple data projects, troubleshoot data issues, and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical team members
