Experteer Overview
In this role you will shape LATAM commercial strategy and performance from Madrid, working with cross-country teams across Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru and Mexico. You’ll lead strategic transformation projects, analyze data to unlock growth, and standardize KPIs and reporting. You’ll partner with regional and local stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions and AI-enabled improvements. This is a high-impact, autonomous role with exposure to senior leadership and a clear path to influence regional go-to-market execution.

• Define and execute LATAM commercial growth strategies, including Strategic Plan and Budget processes
• Lead cross-country strategy and transformation projects from problem framing to implementation
• Analyze sales, pricing, productivity and performance data to generate actionable insights
• Prepare executive-level presentations for senior stakeholders and regional committees
• Collaborate with Sales Performance, Sales Structure and Commercial teams to drive improvements
• Standardize commercial KPIs, reporting, processes and tools across the region




• Contribute to a centralized LATAM data cube and reporting ecosystem
• Support pricing, incentives, productivity, Salesforce effectiveness and performance management projects
• Identify opportunities to leverage automation, AI and advanced analytics for better decision-making and impact
• Provide direct support to the Head of Commercial Planning LatAm

Responsabilidades
• 3-5 years of experience in strategy consulting, business consulting, or related analytical role
• Proven experience with data-intensive problems and translating analysis into recommendations
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects in an international or multi-country setting
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
