As Associate Operations Director at Deel, you will oversee day-to-day operations, optimize performance, and lead cross-functional initiatives to scale processes and reduce friction. Your work supports Deel’s global growth, improving service delivery and customer outcomes. You’ll drive automation, risk controls, and market-ready readiness for new services. • Establish clear goals, metrics, and reporting; act as a strategic partner to leadership

Responsabilidades
• 12+ years of operations experience with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments (Tech/FinTech startup experience a plus)
• Proven track record in leading and scaling large cross-functional teams
• KPI-driven with a results orientation
• Experience in building successful products
• Background in FinTech, management consulting, investment banking, or fast-paced startups
• Strong problem-solving and detail-oriented mindset
• High energy and first-principles thinking
• Strong analytical skills with ability to convert data into actionable insights (SQL a plus)
• Willingness to collaborate and contribute across teams
