ph3About the Job /h3 pThe Finance Data Pool is Allianz's strategic data foundation for finance, bringing together financial data from multiple source systems into a harmonized and scalable data warehouse. It supports accounting, reporting, analytics, and future data-driven finance capabilities across Allianz entities. /p pAs a Technical Product Owner, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering Finance Data Pool products and capabilities. You will act as the bridge between Finance business stakeholders and technology teams, translating business requirements into technical solutions that can be implemented efficiently and sustainably. /p pYou will work closely with Finance experts, Business Analysts, Data Engineers, Architects, SAP specialists, and Testing teams to ensure business requirements are transformed into high-quality products that deliver value and support Allianz's finance transformation journey. /p pThis role combines product ownership, functional leadership, and technical understanding. It requires someone who is comfortable discussing finance processes with business stakeholders and technical implementation details with engineering teams. /p h3What you do /h3 h3Own Product Delivery /h3 ul liDrive the delivery of Finance Data Pool capabilities from idea through implementation and release. /li liManage and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities. /li liDefine and maintain product roadmaps together with business stakeholders and technology teams. /li liEnsure product increments deliver measurable business value. /li /ul h3Translate Business Needs into Technical Solutions /h3 ul liCollaborate with Finance stakeholders and Business Analysts to understand and refine requirements. /li liConvert business requirements into clear technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. /li liEnsure requirements are understood consistently across all delivery teams. /li liAct as the primary functional and technical counterpart for development teams during implementation. /li /ul h3Lead Functional Solution Design /h3 ul liDefine functional processes, data requirements, transformation logic, and integration needs. /li liChallenge and improve requirements to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions. /li liSupport architecture and design discussions from a product perspective. /li liEnsure consistency and standardization across Finance Data Pool products and solutions. /li /ul h3Support Agile Delivery /h3 ul liLead refinement sessions and backlog discussions. /li liProvide guidance and clarification throughout implementation. /li liSupport sprint planning, demonstrations, and release activities. /li liManage dependencies, risks, and delivery challenges across multiple teams.
